What is going on with me? Pleas read ?

Recently there has been a lot of death around me. Since then every show that comes on tv has some to do with death in it or all the songs I hear have to do with death. A couple days a go I went out with my family and all of a sudden we drive by the cemetery my sisters friend was buried at then the next day we go to my brother football game and my dad goes a different way which happens to be pass the place his friend was killed at then one of his friends that was killed in a car accident on April the 28 and was buried at the same cemetery as my great grandma I keep seeing that 28 number everywhere. All of a sudden I was walking past my sisters room and she had her friends obituary hanging up and she died on the 29 of June in a car accident then last Saturday we go to b-more and while there we pass to cars with in loving memory banners on there car. When I'm out all I see is funeral homes and different things pertaining to death. What is wrong with me are the signs my time is coming I'm only 18 and this will not leave me alone I'm so scared I have been having panic and anxiety attacks back to back. for example i was just watching a wedding show and the couple met at a funeral im so scared somebody please help me this is taking over my life my left arm and hand has been numb and tingling for two weeks I had blood work done they said everything is normal now my chest and back are having muscle spasms or sharp pains what is going on?
