How can you disable Black Ops Map Packs?

I want to disable the map packs that I have (First Strike and Escalation) so that I can play online with the people that don't have them. Is there any way to do this without having to lose them (delete them) and play online with the people that don't have them? (I play Xbox by the way) Thanks
