Can I write a Wikipedia article about...?

Am I able to write a Wikipedia article about my band? No body knows about it yet, like, I'm only 13. But I would absolutely love to write and document stuff, and I would like to write something where I would want my band to be. I just read the whole Metallica Wikipedia article and I thought to myself, "I would just love to see my band on here". So, would it be deleted within minutes if its not "Facts" but like "Goals" on where I want my band to be? In a class, we wrote obituaries about ourselves, so we set goals. Can I do this about my band on Wikipedia?
