Can anyone help me find information on deceased grandfather?

Iv always wondered who my grandfather was, but he's never been around. Iv asked my dad, my grandmother, and all of my uncles n no one will tell me anything. Only thing they told me is his name is James w Pugh from layland wv and he passes away I think like April 03. I can't even find an obituary on him jus a statement saying he passes away. Can anyone help find info. He was never apart of my life and I'd just like to find out some family history, or anything I can about him.
